About Peter Schramm

Peter Schramm heads MLL's trade mark and design group, and has extensive experience in complex IP litigation matters. He has been involved in many landmark IP cases in Switzerland and co-ordinated several large multi-jurisdiction disputes. Peter advises some of the most well-known brands in Switzerland and worldwide on strategic IP issues, and co-operates with the M&A and finance teams at MLL Legal to advise on IP transaction matters. He lectures at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property and has served as speaker for the Academy of European Law and the IRP of the University of St. Gallen.
