About Reto Luthiger

Reto Luthiger is a partner at MLL Legal AG and co-head of the regulatory, fintech and DLT practice group and the blockchain technologies, internal investigations and compliance, and insurance industry groups. He advises and represents domestic and international clients on financial markets regulatory and civil law matters as well as proceedings before FINMA, self-regulatory organisations, supervisory organisations, and other authorities and courts. He has wide-ranging experience in fintech, DLT/blockchain, Web3 banking, AML, securities regulations, financial services, financial markets infrastructures and investment funds. Furthermore, Reto acts as CEO of the Self-Regulatory Organization of Swiss Association of Investment Companies (SRO SAIC).
