About Ulrike Ciesla

Ulrike Ciesla is a German and European Patent attorney and holds a PhD in chemistry. She has been in the field of patent law for over 20 years and has vast experience in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices as well as in litigation proceedings before the Swiss Federal Patent Court. Ulrike has been involved in cutting-edge litigation relating to pharmaceutical patents in Germany and Switzerland and her focus is on the enforcement of patents in Switzerland complementing MLL’s patent litigation team.
