Ulrike Ciesla is a German and European Patent attorney at MLL Legal and holds a PhD in chemistry. She has been advising clients in the field of patent law for over 25 years and has vast experience in examination, opposition and appeal proceedings before the European and German Patent Offices as well as in litigation proceedings before the Swiss Federal Patent Court. Ulrike has been involved in cutting-edge litigation relating to pharmaceutical products such as FASLODEX® (fulvestrant), ELIQUIS® (apixaban), and NEXAVAR® (sorafenib tosylate).
