Cees T. Dekker
is a partner of the firm who started in private practice in 1989, later joining the Netherlands Competition Authority (NCA) and becoming head of its legal department in 1998. In the field of competition law, he has advised and represented multinational and national companies and trade associations in economic sectors like aviation, food, agribusiness and fisheries, chemical products, construction industries, harbour business, healthcare and information services, as well as road transport business. He has particular experience of defending companies in cartel investigations, having acted in cases before the NCA and European Commission, as well as national courts and the European Court of First Instance.
