About Audrey Demourgues

Audrey Demourgues is an associate who joined Bredin Prat’s employment law team in 2021. She advises French and international companies in managing all aspects of their employment relationships on both an individual and collective basis. She is involved, in particular, in matters relating to reorganisations, collective redundancies, employee representation, and stages of the employment relationship – from hiring to contract termination. Her expertise also covers supporting companies in handling sensitive situations, notably in connection with the departures of senior executives and corporate officers, as well as employment law aspects of M&A transactions and insolvency proceedings.
