About Bena Mara

Bena Mara leads Bredin Prat’s financial services and insurance regulation team. She advises French and international groups on the regulatory aspects of their activities, including on authorisations, licences, “fit and proper” assessments for management body members, internal governance, prudential requirements, remuneration, resolution plans, and cross-border activities. Bena also regularly assists clients on the regulatory aspects of public and private M&A transactions involving financial services and insurance regulation (notably on structuring and regulatory approval procedures). She has gained expert knowledge of issues arising in matters involving fintech companies and blockchain technology.
