About Guilhaume Agbodjan

Guilhaume Agbodjan is an associate in Bredin Prat’s corporate team. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions involving both privately and publicly held companies, as well as securities law and corporate governance issues, including CSR-related matters. He participates in think tanks on these issues and was the rapporteur for the working group set up by the Paris Financial Market Law Committee (Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris or HCJP) to analyse the risk of civil liability claims and stock market sanctions in connection with the CSRD. He participates in the annual drafting of the “Financial Communication Framework and Practices Guide”.
