About Guillaume Léonard

Guillaume Léonard is a counsel in Bredin Prat’s public law practice and co-head of the firm’s foreign direct investment practice. He advises on both transactional and litigation matters and has extensive expertise in the field of FDI control. He advises clients on investment projects in France across all sensitive sectors (defence, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, critical technologies, etc). He also assists clients on transactional and litigation matters involving complex issues in public law in regulated or closely supervised sectors (energy, audio-visual, defence, health, aviation, agriculture, etc) and in the public sector (governance issues in state-owned companies, lobbying issues, etc).
