Karine Angel
is a partner at Bredin Prat and a member of the corporate team. She advises listed and unlisted companies, as well as investment funds, on their M&A transactions, notably in the context of public offers. She is a lecturer on securities law and public tender offers at the University of Paris Dauphine. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000.
