About Laetitia Tombarello

Laetitia Tombarello is a partner at Bredin Prat and leads the firm’s employment law team. She advises French and foreign groups on their restructuring and reorganisation transactions involving high-stakes employment issues. Her practice includes the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions. She also counsels companies on issues concerning senior executive appointments and departures, CEO and other executive compensation packages, and employee profit-sharing schemes. Laetitia lectures on employment law at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, and is highly ranked in Chambers Europe 2025.
