About Myriam Epelbaum
Myriam Epelbaum
is a partner and head of Bredin Prat’s corporate governance practice. Her focus is primarily on corporate governance, where she advises numerous listed companies including in relation to ESG matters. She also assists clients on M&A transactions and securities law matters, especially those involving major governance issues. Myriam lectures on company law at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and the University of Paris Dauphine. She has participated in several working groups established by the Paris Financial Market Law Committee (Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris or HCJP) and is the rapporteur of its Say-on-Climate working group.
