Mélanie Baraghid is an associate within Bredin Prat’s financial services and insurance regulation team, advising French and international institutions in the financial services and insurance industries on their applicable regulatory framework, with specific expertise in organisational rules, prudential and governance requirements, and conduct-of-business standards. She assists financial institutions and insurers with regulatory filings, approvals, and in their ongoing engagements with supervisory authorities. Mélanie also advises on the regulatory aspects of M&A deals in the financial services and insurance sectors, notably on transaction structuring and regulatory approval procedures.
