About Pascale Lagesse

Pascale Lagesse is a partner and founder of Bredin Prat’s employment law practice. She advises corporate clients on the employment issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and business divestitures; individual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions and works councils; and large-scale restructurings and day-to-day employment issues. She is active in numerous legal organisations, in particular, the International Bar Association. She is currently vice-chair of the IBA’s Legal Practice Division and a member of its management board. Pascale’s expertise is widely recognised, and she is consistently ranked in Band I by Chambers Europe.
