Côme Chaine

He advises French and foreign banks, asset management companies and investment funds regarding their structuring issues, distribution of products and other regulatory matters including governance, AML-FT, etc. In addition to being a member of the New York and Paris Bars, he graduated from the University of Paris I, University Paris-Dauphine and from Northwestern University School of Law with a degree in business law.
