About Alice Gaillard

Alice Gaillard is a counsel member of the dispute resolution group of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. She advises companies and their managers at all stages of disputes and litigation, including before administrative authorities – from investigation or audit to sanction procedure or appeal before French and European courts and tribunals. She has in-depth expertise in market abuse (insider trading and market manipulation), issuers’ financial and sustainability reporting, ethics, and fraud and in the regulations applicable to financial firms (including SFDR and Taxonomy regulations) and statutory auditors. A member of Medef’s Sustainable Finance and ESG Reporting team, she has advised on the drafting and implementation of new European regulations.
