About Pauline Larché-Dmitrieff

Pauline Larché-Dmitrieff is a senior associate member of the debt finance group of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei. She advises institutional and alternative lenders as well as sponsors or borrowers (developers, real estate holdings, investment funds) on the structuring and implementation of investment financings and development financings of real estate assets (all asset classes). She is increasingly active in financial restructuring (out of court or insolvency proceedings) alongside the firm’s restructuring team, including restructuring of real estate financing.
