About Thomas Bezani

Thomas Bezani is a partner at GÖRG and a German attorney specialising in labour and employment law. Admitted to the Bar since 1996, he has extensive experience in advising national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on corporate restructurings, negotiations with works councils and trade unions, and employment litigation. He regularly represents clients before labour and civil courts and has particular industry expertise in the life-science, automotive and logistics sectors. Thomas is a member of the firm’s specialist group for labour law restructuring, the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
