Henrik Lay is a partner based in HEUKING’s Hamburg office and co-head of the firm’s Tax practice group. Henrik is qualified as a tax adviser and certified tax lawyer. He has over 15 years of experience as a transactional tax lawyer, mostly in the area of private equity, venture capital and real estate. He regularly advises institutional and strategic investors on domestic and international tax matters.
