Carly Gulliver is a partner in Addleshaw Goddard’s corporate finance team. She specialises in private equity and private M&A with a technology focus, including in digital transformation, cybersecurity and AI. Carly advises high-growth companies, founders, management teams and private equity investors on complex transactions, including UK and cross-border deals. Key deals include advising: on the acquisition of Plessey Semiconductors; a mid-market private equity fund on a cybersecurity investment; the founders of 6point6 on multiple transactions; zally on its fundraising; and Equisoft Inc., on its acquisition of Altus.
