About David Anderson

David Anderson leads Addleshaw Goddard’s Band 1-ranked Scottish corporate team, specialising in investment and M&A deals in the technology sector across the UK and internationally. His experience includes advising: Par Equity on multiple investments and its merger with Praetura Ventures to form PXN Group; a national building society on fintech corporate venturing; EServe on growth investment by Vespa; Create Future on investment by Soho Square; Phlo Technologies on funding rounds; and on the sales of Symphonic Software to Ping Identity Inc and Current Health to Best Buy Inc. David acts for corporate venturers, investment houses, technology businesses and founders. David also co-leads Addleshaw Goddard’s award-winning technology legal mentoring scheme, AG Elevate.
