About Oliver Sieg

Oliver Sieg heads up Noerr’s corporate litigation and insurance litigation practice, and has shaped German and international insurance dispute law for many years. He has an impressive track record representing clients in insurance, corporate, commercial and insolvency disputes (litigation and arbitration), drawing on extensive cross-border experience. Oliver is a member of the DIS – German Institute for arbitration, VGR-Gesellschaftsrechtliche Vereinigung (Association for Corporate Law), the Advisory Committee of the Research Centre for Insurance Law at the University of Münster and the Committee for Insurance Law of the German Bar Association. He is also chairman of the regional Düsseldorf Bar Committee for Insurance Law, Industrieclub Düsseldorf and chairman of the Düsseldorf and Cologne Dispute Resolution Forum.
