About Philipp Koch

Philipp Koch is an associated partner at Noerr whose practice focuses on national and international insurance litigation and arbitration, in particular complex D&O/financial lines and reinsurance disputes, as well as structured insurance programmes. Philipp has over a decade of experience in insurance-related work and is a recognised legal expert. He lectures on reinsurance law in the University of Münster’s postgraduate programme, is a member of ARIAS Germany, and holds both an LL.M. and a PhD in insurance law.
