About Thomas Thalhofer

Thomas Thalhofer is a partner in Noerr’s Munich Office and co-head of the digital law practice group. Thomas specialises in the digital economy, contract drafting and legal advice in complex IT, cloud and IT outsourcing projects. He also focuses on technology, IT dispute resolution and litigation corporate transactions, software licensing and AI law. Thomas regularly contributes published articles and is a member of the Ambassadors’ committee at ITechLaw Association, co-chair of the Outsourcing Committee of the German Association of Law and Informatics and a member of the German Lawyers’ Association (IT working group). Thomas lectures on digital law at the University of Passau. He is considered a TMT thought leader in Germany.
