Mathäus Mogendorf
is a partner in Hengeler Mueller’s Dispute Resolution team in Berlin. He is representing clients in contract, corporate, competition, and insolvency law disputes before the German and European courts. He further holds significant experience in the worldwide strategic defence against co-ordinated lawsuits and class actions. Mathäus is party representative in arbitration proceedings, regularly acting in cross-border disputes before arbitral tribunals in Germany and abroad. A particular focus of his work is on post-M&A disputes. He also regularly acts as an arbitrator and is an elected member of the German delegation at the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
