About Andreas Rosenfeld

Andreas Rosenfeld is head of Redeker’s competition and antitrust practice group (Bonn/Berlin/Brussels). He advises clients on EU and German competition matters, including merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance cases, state aid law and regulatory matters. Andreas is an experienced litigator in complex competition cases, especially cartel damages claims. He has extensive experience in dealing with competition proceedings before the German and the EU competition authorities. Andreas gives advice to Federal ministries, German Länder and municipalities as well as to companies on all kinds of state aid law issues. Andreas regularly publishes on EU/German competition and regulatory matters.
