About Deborah Borghi

Deborah Borghi is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland in the firm’s Italian litigation, arbitration and insolvency department. Deborah advises on commercial, corporate and bankruptcy litigation before ordinary courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and ADR. Deborah advises national and international clients operating in the construction, engineering, telecommunications, transport and logistics sectors on the prevention of disputes regarding their core business and assists them in possible subsequent proceedings. She usually represents clients in insolvency litigation (particularly actions for damages against directors and auditors of companies and claw-back actions). She has been a member of arbitral tribunals for the resolution of corporate disputes. Deborah has also gained significant experience in advising clients on data protection issues and managing the relevant disputes before the Italian Data Protection Authority and ordinary courts.
