Simone Barnaba is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland and co-head of the firm’s Italian litigation, arbitration and insolvency department. Simone has over 20 years of experience representing and defending multinational corporations and other major clients in complex civil and commercial litigation, including bankruptcy and restructuring, contracts, corporate law, unfair competition and other business torts and regulatory litigation.
