About Renato Fiumalbi

Renato Fiumalbi is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland and co-head of the firm’s Italian litigation, arbitration and insolvency department. Renato has extensive experience accrued over 30+ years of practice in corporate, commercial (including M&A disputes) and insolvency litigation, with a particular focus on the following sectors: construction and engineering, transport and logistics, and the food and beverage industry. Renato represents clients in domestic litigation before ordinary courts as well as in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international. He also has substantial experience in handling cross-border disputes.
