Alessandro Varrenti
joined Tonucci & Partners in 2017 as partner and is head of the firm’s international operations. He is a currently a Professor of Corporate Governance at the LUM University of Bari, and a member of the IBA and the New York City Bar Association. He has previously been a senior or name partner and managing partner of an independent Italian firm and a major international firm. He is widely published in various areas of corporate law.
