Lucie Muszynski is a senior legal advisor at Brucher Thieltgen & Partners with over ten years of experience in corporate law. She advises Luxembourg companies and Luxembourg entities of international groups on day-to-day corporate matters, corporate governance and strategic transactions, including M&A, reorganisations and recapitalisations. Her practice also covers statutory filings with the Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR) and the Register of Beneficial Owners (RBE), as well as AML/KYC requirements.
