About Nicolas Bernardy

Nicolas Bernardy is a senior partner at Brucher Thieltgen & Partners and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006. A partner in the Corporate & Commercial department and Restructuring & Insolvency team, his practice focuses primarily on company law, M&A, corporate governance and restructuring. He advises Luxembourg SMEs, international groups, shareholders, directors and investors, notably on acquisitions and business transfers, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements. Nicolas chairs Legalink’s Companies, Trusts and Taxation Working Group and is a member of the Luxembourg Association of Legal Representatives (ALMJ), the Association of Luxembourg Compliance Officers (ALCO) and TRANSEO.
