About Donata Grasso

Donata Grasso is a partner in the corporate and finance litigation practice at KLEYR_GRASSO, bringing nearly three decades of experience in handling complex domestic and cross-border disputes. Prior to joining KLEYR_GRASSO, she worked in the litigation department of a Magic Circle firm in Luxembourg. Donata advises a wide range of clients on commercial and corporate litigation. She also has extensive experience in banking and finance litigation, insolvency-related disputes, arbitration, complex debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. Donata serves as president of both the Civil Procedure Commission of the Luxembourg Bar Association and the Disciplinary and Administrative Council of Lawyers. She is also a member of the editorial committee of the Revue des Procédures (Legitech).
