About Emanuele Barberis

Emanuele Barberis advises Italian and international clients on labour law, with a focus on complex corporate transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganisation plans and related industrial relations, and the management of labour contracts and all related labour law issues. He advises directors on the implementation of compensation and retention policies, the drafting of sophisticated confidentiality agreements, non-competition, reversal and protection of know-how, the implementation of monetary articulated incentive plans and/or financial/welfare instruments, the drafting of smart-working plans and international secondments, outsourcing agreements, and privacy and safety issues in the workplace.
