About Federico Dettori

Federico Dettori specialises in corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on M&A and private equity sectors. He is a head of the specialist GOP4Venture team at Gianni & Origoni and has developed a broad experience in M&A and venture capital, with a special focus on procedures regarding Italian and international companies, as well as small and medium-sized innovative companies.
