About Nathalie Prüm-Carré

Nathalie Prüm-Carré is a partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen and a recognised expert in administrative law, specialising in urban planning law, environmental law and public procurement law. She has unique expertise in procedures related to development plans, including environmental studies. Nathalie is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and the CFCI, and a lecturer in European environmental law and litigation of development plans at the University of Luxembourg. She is chair of the Administrative Law Commission of the Luxembourg Bar and the ALDE, a scientific association that regularly organises conferences on environmental law.
