About Ana Panão

Ana Panão is an associated partner who has been at Abreu Advogados since 2017, working in IP. Ana focuses on litigation involving trade marks, designs, patents, and copyright infringement. She also has comprehensive experience of advising during the pre-litigation stage with regard to the protection and enforcement of IP rights. Ana is an arbitrator at ARBITRARE, a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI)’s standing committee on trade marks, a member of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA)’s design committee, the treasurer of the Portuguese Association of Industrial Property Consultants (ACPI) and a founding associate of the International Association of Young Lawyers of Portuguese Language (JALP).
