About Armando Martins Ferreira

Armando Martins Ferreira is a partner and co-heads the practice law area of competition, regulatory and EU at Abreu Advogados. Armando works primarily on matters related to competition and European law, digital economy, business structuring, intellectual property and commercial litigation. He has co-ordinated the firm’s involvement in various merger control operations, including the negotiation of commitments, as well as cartel cases and abuse of dominant position proceedings. He also has extensive experience in commercial contracting, distribution and agency networks, licensing, mergers and acquisitions.
