Manuel Requicha Ferreira is the co-head of the banking, finance and capital markets practice of Cuatrecasas in Portugal. In recent years, he has advised a wide range of projects on aspects such as banking law and regulatory issues, structured finance, corporate finance and financing operations, including simple and structured debt issuances by public or private entities, as well as public distributions and takeovers.
