About Andreia Candeias Mousinho

Andreia Candeias Mousinho is a partner in the public law practice at PLMJ. With 20 years’ experience, she specialises in town and country planning and environmental law, in particular, EIA procedures and the use of water resources, as well as administrative litigation. Her clients include Portuguese and international developers, real estate investment funds, PE funds and banks. Andreia has extensive experience in the management and development of pools of diversified real estate assets. She has completed postgraduate courses in administrative and tax justice, spatial planning and environmental law, and administrative procedure, and previously worked as an external adviser on urban planning and land-use matters.
