About Alexander Ehlert

Alexander Ehlert is a managing associate in the corporate and M&A practice at PLMJ, with more than ten years’ experience. He advises corporate clients on M&A, as well as venture capital and private equity funds on investment and divestment activities, including venture capital investment from pre-seed to late stage. Additionally, Alexander provides legal assistance in corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, particularly in the industrial and technological sectors. He has experience in corporate finance, corporate governance processes, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. In the area of venture capital, he has been involved in the establishment, registrations and operation of venture capital funds and their management bodies. He has an LLM from Humboldt Universität – Juristische Fakultät in Berlin.
