About Diogo Duarte Campos

Diogo Duarte Campos is the head of the public law practice at PLMJ. He has more than 20 years’ experience, particularly in the areas of administrative law, public contracts, public procurement and construction. His experience includes litigation in the state courts, as well as arbitration. Diogo has worked with clients on a range of infrastructure projects in several lusophone countries. He has experience in the construction, transport, real estate, water and sanitation, and energy sectors. In Portugal, Diogo has worked on some of the largest public tenders, as well as construction, concession, privatisation and public-private partnership projects. He has been a university lecturer and author, and is on the list of arbitrators of several arbitration centres.
