About Elsa Pizarro Pardal

Elsa Pizarro Pardal is a senior counsel in the corporate M&A and private equity practices at PLMJ. She has more than 25 years’ experience in these areas, and focuses on setting up project finance deals for road and rail infrastructure. In recent years, she has worked on the most important privatisation and acquisition operations in the road concessions, aviation and energy sectors. Elsa advises corporate clients, including infrastructure concessionaires and aviation companies. She has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in corporate finance at the same faculty.
