About Hugo Monteiro de Queirós

Hugo Monteiro de Queirós is a partner at PLMJ and head of the intellectual property practice. He has more than 15 years' experience, and advises on patents, trade marks, designs, copyright and software licensing. Hugo also has a strong focus on IP litigation, with an emphasis on arbitration and court cases involving patent disputes and trade mark enforcement. He also drafts opinions and contracts in all areas of intellectual property. Hugo has been an Official Industrial Property Agent since 2012 and a European Trademark and Design Attorney since 2016.
