About Hélder Santos Correia

Hélder Santos Correia has a practice that focuses on M&A and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, forward purchases and sale and leaseback transactions. He has also advised clients on the implementation of real estate developments, leasing issues and the management of real estate assets in sectors such as tourism, healthcare and retail. Prior to joining PLMJ, Mr Santos Correia was a managing associate at RRP Advogados and also practised at Uría Menéndez in Lisbon.
