About João Marques Mendes

João Marques Mendes is a partner in the public law practice at PLMJ. In his ten years of professional experience, he has focused on energy and natural resources, providing legal assistance to Portuguese and international clients with regulatory, projects, transactions and litigation matters. In the area of energy and public law, he advises on the implementation and operation of projects and infrastructures, with a special focus on renewable energy. He advises leading energy companies, especially on regulatory and contractual issues. He also advises on dispute resolution.
