About João Palmeiro Carrilho

João Palmeiro Carrilho is an associate in PLMJ’s public law practice, where he advises public and private organisations on public law matters. He focuses on administrative litigation, public procurement and public contracts. João has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a master’s degree in administrative law from the Lisbon School of the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. He was a research assistant at the NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum and worked with Legaü, a legal tech start-up.
