About Leonor Melo Bento

Leonor Melo Bento is an associate in the corporate M&A practice at PLMJ, where she advises on domestic and international matters. She advises corporate clients on M&A, as well as venture capital and private equity funds on investment and divestment activities, including venture capital investment from pre-seed to late stage. Leonor has also assisted clients in setting up and developing joint ventures, conducting financial operations, and structuring and disposing of real estate investments. As well as earning her law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, she also completed a postgraduate course in Corporate Law at the same faculty.
