Luís Filipe Santiago Salema is a senior associate in the real estate and tourism practice at PLMJ and has 12 years’ professional experience. He advises on the acquisition and leasing of real estate to develop shopping centres and retail parks, and residential, tourism and office projects. He also has experience in the contracting and execution of construction work, licensing of works and marketing, and in the execution of shop use contracts and contracts for the sale and purchase of real estate assets that are part of property portfolios. Before joining PLMJ, Luís was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira and at Linklaters, and a member of the legal affairs and governance department of the Galp Energia Group.
