About Luís Heleno Terrinha

Luís Heleno Terrinha is an of counsel in the dispute resolution practice at PLMJ. He focuses on providing assistance to Portuguese and international clients in arbitration, constitutional and administrative law matters. He is also Assistant Professor of Public Law at NOVA University, Lisbon. Luís holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, an LLM from Yale Law School, and a PhD in law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Before joining PLMJ, he worked in the international arbitration departments of Shearman & Sterling LLP (Paris) and Clifford Chance LLP (Frankfurt), where he was involved in international commercial and investment arbitrations.
